S36bet Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

Your Account Responsibilities

Identity Verification (KYC)

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by S36bet at its sole discretion.

Circumstances That May Delay Withdrawals

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system, except in cases of clear technical error or significant odds misquotation.
• S36bet reserves the right to void or adjust odds in cases of significant misquotation due to system or data errors.
• Bets placed on matches that are cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours will be refunded to the player's account.
• Bets placed on e-sports such as MPL Malaysia, Dota 2 and Valorant are subject to additional rules regarding match cancellations by the organiser.
• In the event of a dispute regarding match results, the official ruling of the relevant sports governing body shall be final.

Casino Games

S36bet's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
